A graduate of ESSEC Business School and a CFA charter-holder, Guillaume brings fifteen years' experience in M&A and private equity.
As a member of Naxicap Partners' mid-cap investment team from 2015 to 2023, Guillaume led investment and exit processes for majority leveraged buyouts (LBOs).
He served on the boards of a dozen of portfolio companies, providing strategic, financial and HR support.
He previously was an investment banker in Crédit Agricole's M&A department in Hong Kong from 2011 to 2015.
Guillaume started his career with the Orange Group, in charge of strategy and start-ups investments from 2009 to 2011.
